DELIVERY

As part of our commitment to provide value, The Beauty Store will offer free Postage and Packaging on any order, regardless of size within UK . Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class or Recorded post.

Goods will typically be delivered within 3-4 working days (usually even sooner) from receipt of the order unless stated otherwise.  If there are any dispatch delays on our side, we will call or e-mail you to explain the status of your order.

If you order more than one product, and we do not have one of the items in stock, we will usually wait for the item to arrive and send out your complete order in one package.  Again, if this results in a dispatch delay on our side in excess of 7 working days, we will call or e-mail you to explain the status of your order.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Order by 12 pm Monday - Friday and we will dispatch your products on the same day.  In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will advise you immediately. Should other brands be included in your order, these will be dispatched separately. If you need your order urgently and have missed the deadline, you may telephone to enquire whether same day dispatch is possible and we will endeavour to help.

Public holidays (Christmas & New Year) & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days for delivery.

GIFT WRAPPING 

We also provide a gift wrapping service at a charge of £5.  We can arrange for the invoice to be sent to you and the gift to be sent directly to the recipient.  If you require gift wrapping please call us on 0141 221 3676 within 1 working day of placing your order for us to make the necessary arrangements

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made when buying our products. If you change your mind for any reason, we will refund in full within seven working days (minus £5 Postage & Packaging) any item that is returned to us unopened and with seals intact.

Please note we are also not able to reimburse you for the postage cost to return the goods to us and an administration charge of £3 will be made.

The Beauty Store recommends that you use a traceable delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) to send any goods back to us, we will not be held liable if this has not been done and the product is not received by us.

Damaged or faulty items should be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. We will exchange the items or refund in full any items returned to us within this timeframe.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers have a strict 6 month expiry, are non transferrable and non refundable, and can be redeemed in store for treatments or products. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment in order to be redeemed. The Beauty Store can no longer redeem Gift Vouchers which have been lost of forgotten. Gift Vouchers must be redemmed in full on first use.
